International Shipping

Shipments sent outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.


All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately, we are unable to determine or announce the anticipated charges.




Will I Have to Pay Duties and Taxes?

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.




What Countries Do You Ship to?

ROCKSTAR APOTHECARY ships globally, unless there are certain sanctions in place or embargoes or legislation or any limitations or barriers in place preventing us from doing so. For more information on this, please consult your own Customs authority.




What if My Order Does Not Arrive?

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, ROCKSTAR APOTHECARY is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs, or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, please reach out to rockstarapothecary@gmail.com so we may work to rectify the issue.




Notes

Orders placed on Friday may be processed the following Monday.

The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.

We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

UPS does not ship on weekends.

UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required.

The General Methods and Transit Times are subject to vary based on extenuating circumstances.
